Refund & Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products and aim to provide a fair and transparent return process. Please read the policy below carefully.


Order Cancellation & Modification

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of order confirmation.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations or modifications cannot be guaranteed. We may still attempt to assist, but approval is at our discretion.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packaging every order. However, if you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To process your request, we may require:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once verified, we will offer either a replacement or a refund, depending on item availability and your preference.


30-Day Returns (Selected Products Only)

Some products are eligible for a 30-day return period, even without a specific reason.

Conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • Return shipping costs are fully borne by the customer

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Only the product price is refundable

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

This option applies only to products explicitly marked as eligible for 30-day returns.


Returns – General Conditions

Returns are accepted only under the conditions outlined above.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Incorrect size or color selection

  • Change of mind (unless product is marked 30-day eligible)

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Items used, damaged after delivery, or returned incomplete

Any return that does not meet these criteria may be refused.


Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please note:

  • Refund processing times vary by payment provider

  • Banks or card issuers may take additional time to post the refund

  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds that do not comply with this policy


Chargebacks & Abuse Prevention

We strongly encourage customers to contact us first before opening a chargeback.
Unauthorized chargebacks, false claims, or abuse of the return policy may result in account restrictions or refusal of future orders.
